MATLAB 2016aをUbuntu 16.04にインストールした時にハマったこと

MATLAB 2016aをUbuntu にインストールしたが「MATLAB has encounted an internal problem and needs to close」で起動できない

MathWorksのドキュメントにしたがってUbuntuにMATLAB 2016aをインストールしたが起動できなかった

解決策

インストール完了後にmatlab-supportをインストールする必要があるらしい

sudo apt install matlab-support  

を実行したら無事起動できた
